Haven’t heard of her, but loved the way you interpreted the painting which — without fully understanding — I still loved. This is your 6th, but keep them going!
I lost my comments. Will try again. Thank you for introducing me to Florine. He work seems childlike to me, like children’s book illustrations from a distance. I had to look up the family to find out if she were related to the owner of the large dollhouse. She was, the sister of Carrie the owner of the dollhouse. They may have considered themselves flappers, but they both seemed to have a childlike quality as if they clung to the Peter Pan state in adulthood. I wonder if the third sister also had some arrested development symptoms?
Interesting!
